"Fantastic family experience. Vilaggio Mall is next door. Lots of shops and children's activities available. Staff were friendly, proactive and helpful. Room was great. Ipad controls made it easy to change the ambience at the touch of a screen. The bathroom had a lovely white tub so i recommend taking some roses and bubble bath to relax with. Shower was leaking a lot of water....
Gorgeous views on each floor. Ladies fitness facilities were really well maintained and easy to access. Hospitality and housekeeping was wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.
The dining experience needs some improvement. The menu items are not really gourmet. 360 Restaurant menu needs more flavour. Afternoon tea in the Tea Garden was OK. The scones need more flavour and should not be restricted to afternoon tea set menu. They were not served with clotted cream, but a local substitute maybe?
Talabat service in this location is very good. Lots of quality food delivery options available. I recommend getting the app if staying at this hotel.
It would be really nice if this hotel provided a cart service to take guests to and from Aspire Park. Especially for families with children. It's difficult to walk out in humid weather. A local tour would be very helpful too."

"The hotel is well decorated and has a bathtub. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The room is large and the bed is large. Unfortunately, the service was very unprofessional. After the meal was delivered, they did not clearly inform us that the food was placed under the table, so we did not find the food. We called to inquire, but the call was not answered. The refund promised by the manager the next day was not implemented. Moreover, the manager insulted us for not staying in a five-star hotel. The attitude was very bad. Moreover, the hotel WI-FI did not work, so we could not work. It was a very bad experience."

"There is another hotel with the same name in the souq area. Confirm prior to arrival the location and facilities.
Family room is 24 m2 with 3 beds. Very small.
Don't book family suite non smoking with 3 queen beds. It doesn't exist in Educational city location. Room was clened daily after we requested.
Sink was leaking but was fixed.
Restaurant food is below expecation. Not saying it is bad but is not good either.

"The hotel staff were particularly enthusiastic. On the day of check-in, I met the Qatar national team and they were celebrating winning the Asian Cup... Because it is owned by Marriott and we are Marriott Platinum members. Although we did not order breakfast on Ctrip, I was given breakfast in both rooms when I checked in, which saved me money. We spent a lot of money to upgrade to a suite. The other one is right next door and is very comfortable. The family of six is very happy."

I must extend a special thanks to Mr. Michael, the assistant of the front desk manager, who stood out with his exceptional service and helpfulness.
