Booked 2 rooms for our family. One of the room's cleanliness leaves much to desire. Initially i saw hair on table top and bedside table so I closed eyes and wiped it. Later on even the bed, I found long and short hair. Did they even clean the room from last check out??? What cannot be worse was i also found hair in the fridge!!!! I had to ask housekeeping to come change bedsheets. Their apology wasn't sincere at all. Made our 3 nights stay unpleasant. Of the 4 accommodations I had in fukuoka kyushu, this one was the worst. Room was also very small yet they still put in chair?!

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Location is superb just 2-3mins walk to the main train station hakata station where you can easily accessible to around in Fukuoka.
Room is quite small consider most hotel rooms in Japan are small. We had breakfast at the hotel nice ambience but choice of varieties so so. You can consider your breakfast by going to the train station to eat as you can find many shops around in the station and shopping around for food, clothing, skincare and souvenirs are so convenient.

Outstanding breakfast spread in terms of both quality and quantity.
The Executive Garden, an open space with cosy seating, complimentary drinks and light snacks from 1500-2100 hrs, is a great concept.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, which is in a fantastic location. However, we encountered a significant inconvenience during check-out. Our flight was at 7 AM, so we checked out around 5 AM to catch a taxi to the airport. Unfortunately, both the elevator and the lift were turned off at that time. Since the hotel is located on the second floor of the building, we had to manually carry all our luggage down a long flight of stairs.
This was especially difficult as we were a group of five, including two elderly ladies. Thankfully, my husband was able to manage the luggage, but this situation could have been very challenging for others. We strongly recommend that the hotel ensure the elevator is operational for early-morning check-outs to better accommodate guests.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Hakata train station and bus terminal. The food at the crosspoint Cafe on 2nd floor is very nice.

Excellent location. Good variety of buffet breakfast items, however lack of insufficient staff for food and utensils replacement and table cleaning. A long queue for entry and getting food. Green tea machines have been broken down for a few days, but no alternative individual tea bag provided. It needs to be improved.

great location, 1-min walking distance from mtr station. It is directly connected to mtr station and shopping malls, which is convenient especially on rainy days. The buffet breakfast is wonderful,with fresh drinks and food. The room is pretty small but clean.

very good location. there is even a direct subway exit at B2 floor of the hotel, breakfast buffet is excellent. room is clean. you can also order for massage service in your room
