Rating says it's a 4-star hotel. To me, it doesn't deserve the rating.
The people - yes. Service is really good. Staff is extremely polite.
At lobby and cafe - yes, the place is clean. Looks properly maintained. But the room we got (room 514) was very badly maintained. It's supposed to be a non-smoking room. But when we first entered, the room had a strong tobacco/cigarette smell.
The towels, bedsheets, and pillow cases were dirty. They have stains.
The bedsheet also has lint, and there was silverfish on it.
Flooring and ceiling of room has lots buldging surface.
Overall, i would only give 2.5 stars.

Location is convenient. Room is dated but I guess that's what you pay for. Aircon is very cold but can be a little noisy occasionally
Towels seems clean but looks quite old. The lights flickers when turning on the switches for other appliances.
Toiletries are provided. Mini fridge provided
Overall an acceptable stay for a short stay.

Location is definitely good especially for anyone traveling between the Singapore and Malaysia borders. Cleanliness and things like condition of towels clearly need to be improved.

Hotel is next to city square and room is spacious. Sound proofing is bad and the view that I got is facing the inside, viewing at hotel void. Ok for just an overnight stay to catch early morning flight in senai

We stayed here during Lady Gaga's concert in SG as it's very near to the checkpoint and right beside the JB City Square mall as well. There's a mamak restaurant and a convenience store that are both opened 24/7 right beside the hotel. The room was comfortable, the appliances look old tho. The breakfast spread was good, although not much protein besides egg and sausages. On google map, it says this hotel is a 4 stars, I think it's more like a 3 stars.

Super convenient location! Literally 3 minutes away from city square, train station or bus drop. Lots of food around the area and convenience stores! Even have a professional barber shop just beside the hotel! Best part is of course it’s 3 minutes walk to City Square and Komtar that have every shop you want! Pharmacy, restaurant, sports shop, fast food, cafe, bakery, book shop, Mr DIY and everything else you ever wanted.
