A well located modern hotel that has lots of eating options and convience stores nearby. Our room on the 21st floor was spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The only downside was that the AC did not work on cooling - the room temperature was 28°when the outside temperature was 34°. The hotel staff claimed that no AC was working in the hotel and that it was not due to be rectified until May 1st - after that the AC cooling worked. We spoke to other guests (staying on 7th floor) who said their AC was fully functional.

Location is convenient near to Bell Tower. But it is just 2 Star hotel in old building. The AC was not working in first room and they replaced with other one. Drainage problem in Washroom. Breakfast was good. Reception staff was good and tried to help a lot. Swimming pool was good too for kids. Water Fountain show nearby also excitement for children.

location is acceptable, walk 15mins to mrt. Xi an is very big, need to walk a lot. Itineries ate good and mostly near MRT. This hotel is big and washing machine is good. breakfast is acceptable. price is quite reasonable too.

Nice old school hotel with all the amenities of a proper hotel..
Friendly and helpful staff.
Take metro from the airport with Line 14. Get off at X'ianbei station and change to Line 2. Stop at
Zhonglu Metro Station and take H exit. It's easier to move luggages with the escalators
There is a park near the hotel. The locationl is convenient and easy to explore. The food street, too. Or the old market. It's all within the wall

I paid £89 for three nights and need not have worried. The room was a bit tired and the breakfast a bit basic but service was great. When something broke they came immediately, air-con was weak (which seems standard) but fan arrived in seconds, bottles of water when requested. Really helpful staff.
Location was a ten min walk from the metro stations but safe area and lots of local restaurants and family marts etc. Ten min walk to main Bell Tower.
Local Chinese hotel but great value for a room you won't be in much if sightseeing.

At the beginning was not nice. I got the room with smelly bathroom.then I went to reception, so the change it with decent one. That is why I extended with extra day, even my bag was hold at the other hotel. Location is good if I do not carry big suitcase.
Lady in the bag deposit is nice. Helping me contact with Alipay for my Didi problem. And another lady that I asked the name, but now I forget. She help me to call taxi, and carrying my bag
Really superb hospitality.
Will come back again.
Sadly has no time to swim on that time.

I stayed at this hotel and was very pleased. The staff is polite and attentive, the room is clean and cozy. The location is convenient — everything is within walking distance. I will definitely return again!
